We have specifically designed a Mentoring program that targets women who would want to pursue leadership positions in organizations. Through this program, we provide a safe space for women to openly discuss their ambitions, their challenges, fears, strengths, and weakness and allow them to turn around some of their weak sides to their advantage. We have a pool of women mentors that are ready to mentor women who seek C-suite positions.
